THIRD WIN OF THE SEASON!!!!!
This past Friday was awesome. I qualified 4th out of 27 cars, which was my best qualifying position in awhile. I started 4th in the heat race and finished third. After the inversion, I started 5th for the main. Within 5 laps, I had moved into second place. With 5 to go, the leader and I were in deep lap traffic when a car slowed up. Not lifting off the gas, I was able to maneuver my car into the lead and walk off from 2nd spot, collecting my third win of the season. My next race is Saturday the 23rd in Lemoore.
